Today just a quick post to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.
I hope you all had a great time with your loved ones.
Our Christmas is always a German/American mix, so on the 24th Christkind visits and Santa stops by on the 25th.
We didn’t really know if they both would make a stop in Spain, so the kids were very happy to find out that indeed they did.
Usually, we go way over the top with Christmas, house all lit up and decorated on the in and outside, HUGE Christmas tree that is very overdecorated, and all the works, so this year we just tried to make the best out of it by bringing all the magic and meaning of Christmas to a cute little house by the beach. The sunshine and warmth didn’t hurt either.
The tree was smaller, but our hearts grew bigger.
And – after all – isn’t that what Christmas is all about?
Merry Christmas everyone!
