This is going to be a really short blog post as we have to get right back to packing. And that’s what we did all weekend. Packing. You might think it’s still a bit early for that and I agree, but try packing not only for yourself but also for 3 kids and 2 dogs. Fun times. This will take a couple of years of getting used to. We’ll figure it out though.
So all weekend we’ve been packing and I am trying to do it as organized as possible since we have to repack everything every couple of weeks. Next weekend is also saved for some “last minute” packing, but I think we will be just fine getting it done.
As a big surprise to me, the kids packed a minimalistic amount of toys. We gave them one toy box (one for all three of them combined) that they could fill to their heart’s desire and I figured they would fill it tell the lid barely closes, but instead they only packed it about half full “in case they want to buy new toys while traveling”. Pretty smart. I wonder who raised them 😉
The boss, the general, and the brains of the operation. Anya is the mom of this crazy group of misfits. When not traveling the world and teaching her kids to be decent human-beings, she likes to bake, sing, be goofy. Aside from all that she does for Five of a Kind, she is also a short term foster mother for infants in need.
She also enjoys unreasonably spicy foods and is searching for a hot sauce that is spicy enough and yet still has some kind of flavor to it.
